Here for You offers brief psychological support to colleagues within Surrey and Borders Partnership (including students, trainees & staff on placement), who feel this would be helpful. We can discuss any difficulties you are experiencing, whether these are in work or outside of work. Our psychological support is brief, and we do not offer long-term therapy.

During a confidential one to one session, we can:

  • Offer you the space to talk about your experiences and feelings.
  • Help to develop a wellbeing plan with you.
  • Support you to make any onward referrals you need, such as for practical or emotional support or further psychological therapy (for example to one of the Talking Therapies Services).
  • Explore resources and tools that can help you with your ongoing recovery.

Please note, we are unable to offer Individual Psychological Support to individuals currently receiving support from a Community Mental Health Recovery Service (CMHRS) or a Community Mental Health Team (CMHT). However, you are still able to access our range of Live Workshops here.

If you work within Surrey and Borders Partnership, you can request an Individual Psychological Support session to explore whether this would be helpful for you.
