Anyone working at Surrey and Borders Partnership Trust (including students, trainees & staff on placement), or Royal Surrey Foundation Trust (if you are registered with a GP outside of Surrey), can access confidential Individual Psychological Support at Here for You.
We can discuss any difficulties you are experiencing, both work and non-work related, such as:
- Relationship difficulties
- Managing stress
- Anxiety
- Depression
- Trauma
- Coping with loss or grief
This list is not exhaustive
Please note that the current waiting time for an initial assessment is approximately 4 weeks.
During Individual Psychological Support, we can offer you:
- The space to talk about your experiences & feelings.
- Appropriate time-limited psychological therapy. Each person’s needs are different, we are a team of experienced psychological practitioners and will work with you to offer a course of brief therapy that suits your individual situation.
- Resources & psychological tools that can help and support you across a range of areas.
- An understanding of the wider issues that may be impacting the difficulties you are experiencing.
- A compassionate-based approach that treats each person as an individual.

Please note:
- We are unable to offer Individual Psychological Support to individuals currently receiving support from a Community Mental Health Recovery Service (CMHRS) or a Community Mental Health Team (CMHT). However, you are still able to access our range of Live Workshops here.
- We do not offer long-term therapy.
