A wellbeing plan is a practical tool designed to help you support your own mental health at work and if you are a team lead or manager it can be used to help you support the mental health of individuals within your team.
We offer this as a one-off 1:1 session for staff within Surrey and Borders Partnership who feel this would be helpful. You do not have to be struggling with your emotional or mental health to gain the benefits of this as it can be utilised as a tool to help you understand your mental health and ways you can manage this.
During this session, we will:
- Offer you the space to talk about your experiences and feelings and help to develop a wellbeing plan with you.
- Support you to make any onward referrals you need, such as for practical or emotional support or psychological therapy.
- Explore resources and tools that can help you with your ongoing recovery.
If you think this might be something you are interested in, you can request a Wellbeing Plan to explore whether this would be helpful for you. You can also watch the video below, which explains what a wellbeing plan can look like.
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, we are not the most appropriate service (in this instance please contact our 24/7 Mental Health CrisisLine 0800 915 4644).
